Professional Services

For veterinarians who strive for excellence in client care. Through seminars and individual consultations, we collaboratively explore ways to ensure that your human clients receive the same excellent care that their animals do in your veterinary office. This includes exploring proven crisis intervention techniques, better ways to deliver ‘bad news,’ strategies to support and work effectively with clients who are grieving or angry, and case consultation to find new ways to handle difficult cases or challenging clients.
